Shareholder Instructions Regarding NETWORKING Accounts. Unless otherwise prohibited by law, upon receipt of appropriate instructions from a Shareholder, the Firm shall promptly execute the Shareholder’s instructions to terminate the maintenance of the Shareholder’s account through Matrix Level NETWORKING.
