Common use of Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work Clause in Contracts

Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work. Prior to commencing the Work, Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' written notice to the Corporation's Designated Engineer, the superintendent of the Building and the Managing Agent of the date the Work shall commence and the estimated duration of the Work.

Shareholder to Give Notice of Actual Commencement of Work. a. Prior to commencing the Work, Shareholder shall give at least five (5) days' ’ written notice to the Corporation's ’s Designated Engineer, the superintendent Resident Manager of the Building and the Managing Agent of the requested date to start the Work shall commence work and the estimated duration of the Work. The start date will be determined by the Resident Manager and managing agent and will be dependent upon other ongoing projects in the building. The managing agent in conjunction with the Resident Manager will determine how many projects can or may be ongoing at one time.

If the Work set forth herein is not commenced within 30 days after your receipt of a fully executed copy of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be null and void.
