Sharing Collections. To the extent that Principal Collections that are allocated to the Series 1998-1 Notes on a Payment Date are not needed to make payments of principal to Series 1998-1 Noteholders or required to be deposited in the Series 1998-1 Distribution Account on such Payment Date, such Principal Collections may, at the written direction of the Master Servicer, be applied to cover principal payments due to or for the benefit of Noteholders of other Group II Series of Notes. Any such reallocation will not result in a reduction of the Aggregate Principal Balance or in the Invested Amount of the Series 1998-1 Notes.
