Common use of Shift Alterations Clause in Contracts

Shift Alterations. To deal with unusual circumstances which result in a disruption of normal scheduling such as Christmas/New Year period, the Hospital shall have the right to revert the unit back to the standard three (3) tour arrangement for a maximum four (4) week period.
