Common use of Shift Change Notice Clause in Contracts

Shift Change Notice. All full-time employees will be given a twenty-four (24) hour notice of any shift changes from the posted schedule. If the employee is not given twenty-four (24) hour notice, they will receive time and one-half ( 1 1/2) for the first four (4) hours worked on the changed shift. This is not paid for on a call pursuant to Article 15.03; or a call-in, pursuant to Article 15.06.
