The Shift Transfer Lists clause establishes the procedures and requirements for transferring scheduled work shifts between employees. Shift Transfer Lists. Each facility shall maintain a shift transfer list which will be updated on a quarterly basis. An employee on Worker’s Compensation shall be eligible for shift transfer under this provision. Prior to staff transferring into the facility, the facility shall offer shift transfers to current staff on the transfer lists. Incoming facility staff shall be offered the remaining available shift assignments by seniority.
