Common use of Shipper FID Notice Clause in Contracts

Shipper FID Notice. Shipper shall have provided written notice to Transporter on or before December 31, 2018, if Shipper has achieved FID. If this Shipper Condition Precedent has not been satisfied or waived in writing by Shipper by January 7, 2019, then Shipper shall have the right to terminate this Precedent Agreement without liability to Transporter by giving written notice to Transporter at any time after such date, but prior to the actual satisfaction of this Shipper Condition Precedent.
