Common use of Shipper FID Notice Clause in Contracts

Shipper FID Notice. Shipper shall have provided written notice to Transporter on or before December 31, 2018, that Shipper has achieved FID. If this Transporter Condition Precedent has not been satisfied or waived in writing by Transporter by January 7, 2019, then Transporter shall have the right to terminate this Precedent Agreement without liability to Shipper by giving written notice to Shipper at any time after such date, but prior to the actual satisfaction of this Transporter Condition Precedent.
