The documentation shall clearly show the complete and correct order number, ident number, contract article number and item number, in addition to the description of the goods, to enable, for example, the respective customs tariff to be clearly assigned. The part description shall be identical in any and all documentation and is required to be identically worded in drawings, bills of material, packing lists and shipping documents.
