Shipping file. For each shipment, a text file must be sent to NH/IS. It contains all key information for every slab. There is several file formats (cf. §A.4): Format 1 and 2 (NH) and Format 3 (IS). The protocol for sending the file directly to our system is given by IT department. For special occasion, e.g. early phase of qualification or low quantity, a temporary concession is accepted. The text file or an Excel file has to be sent by mail to the Supply Chain technician. The file formats are similar. Templates and samples are available upon request.

  • Shipping Shipping shall be by UPS ground unless Customer requests and -------- pays for overnight shipping by UPS. Grantor will post shipping and handling fees for overnight shipping on the Web Site. The price posted at the time of order shall obtain. All orders from supplier's stock shall be shipped within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the order. Items not in stock (back orders) shall be shipped on a timely basis, but not later than four to six weeks from time of order.

  • Samples Distributor shall provide to Subdistributor samples and prototypes that are not intended for resale to the extent such are made available by its Suppliers and at the same cost (if any) assessed by its Suppliers. Subdistributor shall promptly return all samples and prototypes to Distributor on the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement as provided for in 0. Distributor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all samples and prototypes before, during, and after the Term; and Loaned Instruments. Within a reasonable amount of time following the execution of this Agreement, Distributor will loan up to 2 sets of Instruments to the Subdistributor. Thereafter, Distributor may, at its discretion, loan additional sets of Instruments to Subdistributor from time to time pursuant to this provision. Any Instruments loaned to Subdistributor pursuant to this provision are referred to as “Loaned Instruments”. Subdistributor shall be permitted, in turn, to loan the Loaned Instruments to Customers that have purchased Products for use in connection with the Products; however, such Loaned Instruments will remain the property of Distributor and may be retrieved and retaken by Distributor at any time. Orders for Products and Instruments Purchase Orders. Subdistributor shall submit to Distributor written purchase orders for the Products and Instruments it elects to purchase and distribute pursuant to this Agreement, which orders shall include: (i) a list of the Products and Instruments ordered, (ii) the quantities of such Products and Instruments, and (iii) precise instructions for packaging, invoicing and shipping.

  • API A. Reliant shall supply to Cardinal Health for Manufacturing and Packaging, at Reliant’s sole cost, the API and applicable reference standards in quantities sufficient to meet Reliant’s requirements for each Product as further set forth in Article 4. Prior to delivery of any of the API or reference standard to Cardinal Health for Manufacturing and Packaging, Reliant shall provide to Cardinal Health a copy of the API Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”), as amended, and any subsequent revisions thereto. Reliant shall supply the API, reference standards, and Certificate of Analysis FOB the Facility no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled Manufacture Date upon which such API will be used by Cardinal Health. Upon receipt of the API, Cardinal Health shall conduct identification testing of the API. Cardinal Health shall use the API solely and exclusively for Manufacturing and Packaging under this Agreement. The maximum volume of API that Reliant supplies to Cardinal Health shall not exceed the amount reflected in the Firm Commitment and the next six (6) months of the Rolling Forecast.

  • Certificate of Analysis Seller shall provide a certificate of analysis and other documents as defined in the Quality Agreement for any Product to be released hereunder, in a form in accordance with the cGMPs and all other applicable Regulatory Requirements and Product Specifications and as shall be agreed upon by the parties. For any batch that initially failed to meet any Product Specification, the certificate of analysis shall document the exception. Products that do not meet dissolution specifications at USP Stage I and II testing shall not be accepted by Buyer (and such requirement shall be included in the Product Specifications/Quality Manual).

  • Shipment If any of the Major Components associated with any Unit is not Shipped on or before (with the prior approval of the Buyer) the Scheduled Major Component Shipment Date set forth in Attachment 1 for reasons attributable to the Seller and not excused elsewhere in this Contract, the Seller shall pay as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, a sum calculated in accordance with the table below for each Unit for each day of delay after the Scheduled Major Component Shipment Date as set forth in Attachment 1 until actual Shipment of the last Major Component for such Unit: Days after Scheduled Major Component Shipment Date Liquidated Damages (per day or partial day) *** *** *** *** *** *** Such liquidated damages, if any, shall be computed based on the date of Shipment of the last Major Component for a given Unit and such computations shall disregard any part of or accessory to the Major Component which may be shipped separately and arrive later unless such part of or accessory to the Major Component is necessary for the installation of the Major Component.

  • Packing All Spare Parts ordered shall receive standard commercial packing suitable for export shipment via air freight. Such standard packing will generally be to ATA 300 standards as amended from time to time. All AOG orders will be handled, processed, packed and shipped separately.

  • Redelivery of Documentation If any form or certification previously delivered by a Lender pursuant to this Section expires or becomes obsolete or inaccurate in any respect, such Lender shall promptly update the form or certification or notify Borrowers and Agent in writing of its inability to do so.

  • Diligence Materials The Company has provided to the Representative and Representative Counsel all materials required or necessary to respond in all material respects to the diligence request submitted to the Company or Company Counsel by the Representative.

  • Aircraft The Airframe to be sold by AVSA to the Owner Trustee as provided in the Participation Agreement and to be leased under the Lease (or any permitted substitute airframe thereunder) together with two Engines (whether either is an initial Engine or a Replacement Engine) whether or not any of such initial or Replacement Engines may from time to time be installed on such Airframe or may be installed on any other airframe or on any other aircraft, including any aircraft substituted pursuant to Section 11.03

  • Due Diligence Materials The information heretofore furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser for purposes of or in connection with this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby does not, and all such information hereafter furnished by the Seller to the Purchaser will not (in each case taken together and on the date as of which such information is furnished), contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleading.
