Common use of Shop Drawing Submittal Review and Approval Clause in Contracts

Shop Drawing Submittal Review and Approval. The Consultant will review and approve or take other appropriate action upon shop drawings, samples and other submissions furnished by the General Contractor and submitted to the Consultant. The Consultant will maintain a log of all General Contractor submittals which shall include the submittal date, the action taken and the date returned.
