Common use of SHOP STEWARDS MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

SHOP STEWARDS MEETINGS. (a) Up to a maximum of four (4) times in any calendar year, on a quarterly basis, the Shop Stewards shall be entitled to meet on their own under the terms of this Article 5.05, in preparation for a meeting with the designated representatives of the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Article 5.04(a). In any case where the Shop Stewards have already prepared an agenda for a meeting with the Employer representatives, and have agreed upon the arrangements for such a meeting with the Employer, including a tentative agenda, the Shop Stewards shall be permitted to attend their own meeting for a maximum of two (2) hours, without loss of pay in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.04(b), and shall be entitled to accommodation provided by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (d) and (e) of Article 5.04.
