Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.
Health and Safety Plan 5. Xxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes. Product Safety Seller must maintain the state of the product so that it is able to perform to its designed or intended purpose without causing unacceptable risk of harm to a person or damage to property.
Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.

Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union agree that they mutually to maintain standards of safety and health in the Hospital in order to prevent accidents, injury, and illness. ected or Recognizing its responsibilities under the applicable legislation, the Hospital agrees to accept as a member of its Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee, at least one (1) representative sel appointed by the Union from amongst Bargaining Unit employees. The Hospital agrees to co-operate reasonably in providing necessary information to enable the Committee its functions. Meetings shall be held every second month or more frequently at the call of the Chair if required. The Committee shall maintain minutes of meetings and make the Same available for review. Any representative appointed or accordancewith hereof shall serve for a term of one (1) calendar year from the date of appointment which may be renewed for further of one (1) year. Time off for such to attend meetings of the Accident Prevention Health and Safety Committee in accordance with the foregoing shall be granted, and any attending such meetings during their regularly scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular as a result of such The Union agrees to endeavour to obtain the membership in the observation of all safety rules and practices. Safety Shoes The Hospital will provide sixty dollars ($60.00) annually effective April and eighty dollars ($80.00) effective April to each employee who is required by the Hospital, as delineated below, to wear safety footwear during the of his duties. Child Safety Never leave a child unsupervised near a pool, not even for a second. During social gatherings at or near the pool, appoint a designated adult to protect young children from pool accidents. Children must be watched closely while swimming. Do not use floatation devices as a substitute for supervision. Toys can entice young children into the pool area. When not in use, clear the pool area of all toys.
Site Safety Buyer shall comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards applicable to the Site and to the Equipment on which Siemens will perform the Services. Siemens shall not be obligated to commence or perform Services unless Buyer’s Site complies with all applicable safety requirements. In the event Buyer’s Site safety is non- compliant, Siemens may suspend the Services until such time as Buyer corrects the non-compliance. To the extent Siemens incurs additional time and expense as the result of Buyer’s non-compliance, Siemens shall be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the schedule, price and other affected provisions of the Agreement.
Contractor Work Hours and Safety Standards Contractor shall ensure compliance with all safety and hourly requirements for employees, in accordance with federal, state, and County safety and health regulations and laws.
