Description of the Leased Premises. (the “Leased Premises”) subject to all existing easements, if any, and the regulatory laws and ordinances of the political subdivision in which the Leased Premises is situated.
Description of the Leased Premises. The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee the following real property: two classrooms and shared use of the kitchen in the Society Hill Neighborhood Center located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The Lessee shall have the right to use as part of the leased premises all common areas, parking lots, and playground areas.

Description of the Leased Premises. The leased premises consisting of 5,742 square feet more or less are approximately outlined in Exhibit "A", Exhibit "A" being a site plan prepared by the LESSEE. The privately built hangar will be fifty-four (54) feet long by forty-eight (48) feet wide, with the leased area extending five (5) feet beyond the hangar on the sides and rear wall. The leased area shall also include land for an aircraft apron, sized forty (40) feet long and forty-eight (48) feet wide with the leased area extending five (5) feet beyond the apron on two sides. Description of the Leased Premises. The leased premises consisting of 6,650 square feet more or less are approximately outlined in Exhibit "A". The privately built hangar is sixty (60) feet long by sixty (60) feet wide, with an exclusive use apron area of thirty (30) feet long by sixty (60) feet wide with a 5' perimeter buffer around all of the improvements included in the leased area except for the side along Taxiway K.
Description of the Leased Premises. Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, for the term and upon the terms and conditions in this Lease, the Premises (Exhibit A).
Description of the Leased Premises. Classroom space totaling approximately 400 square feet within the Lessor’s Sunrise Elementary Complex, located at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx , Xxx Xxxxxx.
Description of the Leased Premises. Following construction of the Facilities, the Tenant may cause a Site to be surveyed in order to provide a registerable legal description for the Leased Premises which the Tenant requires pursuant to Section 2.1(b). Upon such survey being complete, the Landlord shall execute such acknowledgement as may be required by the Tenant confirming the legal descriptions of the Leased Premises.
Description of the Leased Premises. Landlord agrees to lease and Tenant agrees to rent the Premises. TERMS OF LEASE Tenant agrees to lease the above described premises for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the 1st day of August, 1998. At the end of such twelve month period the lease shall be renewed for another twelve month period upon the same terms and conditions, unless thirty (30) days prior to the end of such initial twelve month period, Tenant delivers to Landlord by certified mail, a written notice of its intention not to renew its lease.
Description of the Leased Premises. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord a portion of the Property known as 0000-0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx consisting of approximately 25,000 square feet (“Tarob Site”) for employee parking and 29,000 square feet on the Property known as 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx for construction laydown, storage and staging purposes (“Sango Site”). The Tarob Site and the Sango Site are referred to herein collectively as the "Premises" and shown on Exhibit A. Tenant’s proportionate share of the Property is agreed to be 100% (“Proportionate Share”), which represents the rentable square footage of the Premises to the total rentable area of the Property.
