Description of the Leased Premises. The Lessor hereby leases to the Lessee the following real property: two classrooms and shared use of the kitchen in the Society Hill Neighborhood Center located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx. The Lessee shall have the right to use as part of the leased premises all common areas, parking lots, and playground areas.
