SHORT SHIFT CHANGE. 10.01.07.01 Although situations which result from the rotation of shifts are excluded from overtime provisions, under circumstances where changing an employee from one established work schedule to another results in a short shift change: a) Such changes should be kept to a minimum and only be implemented where it is essential to maintain reasonable manpower distribution, subject to Article 00.00.
