SHOW CANCELLATION. Should any situation beyond the control of CAHU prevent the opening of the exhibit show, CAHU shall not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the Sponsor/Exhibitor except the rental cost of the booth space.

SHOW CANCELLATION. Should a national emergency, pandemic or acts of God, strikes, work stoppage or any other cause not within the control of event management make it impossible for the show to be held or the particular exhibit area to be occupied by exhibitor, event management, its officers and employees are jointly released from any and all claims which may arise in consequence thereof. Event management shall determine and refund to Exhibitor appropriate shares of applicable payments for exhibit space received in accordance with accountable expense incurred. In no event shall event management be liable for loss of profits, business or any other damage to Exhibitor through cancellation for such causes.
SHOW CANCELLATION. Exhibit Management reserves the right to cancel Women Today without notice if it is deemed necessary by Exhibit Management. If Women Today is cancelled, the exhibitor’s booth fees that have been paid in advance to Exhibit Management will be refundable in full. Vendor Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. A $100 fee will be assessed to all exhibitor cancellations. Cancellations received 60 days prior to the show will be refunded full deposit received less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to the show will receive 50% of their deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee and any sum paid over their deposit. Cancellations received within 30 days of the show will receive no refund. Failure to set-up by the specified move-in deadline will result in forfeiture of exhibit space and all monies paid to date. No full or partial refunds will be given for any reason after 30 days prior to the event.
