Exhibit Space definition

Exhibit Space or “Booth Space”) means the space applied for herein. “Exhibit Space Fee” means the required Exhibit Space fee, including all deposits and other fees to be paid to Show Management as set forth on the front of this Agreement. Show Management and Exhibitor are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties” and “Party” in the singular.
Exhibit Space means that portion of the Event Venue that Exhibitor uses for its display/exhibit/booth/stand, for Event-related activities hosted by Exhibitor, and/or for other similar purposes.
Exhibit Space. Exhibit space is based on the type of Contract Agreement purchased. Space selection will be handled on a first-come, first-serve space- available basis. While every effort will be made to honor requested booth locations, Producers reserve the right to determine the final layout of the Show and Sounds of Music may change the floor plan or booth assignments upon sole discretion. Exhibitor may not assign, sublease, or otherwise share the booth or its rights under the contractual agreement. Exhibitor agrees to be held liable for any such unauthorized use of its exhibit space and that the damages to Sounds of Music resulting from each unauthorized use will be set at a dollar amount equal to the fee for the Exhibitor’s space in the Show. Only the company name listed on the Contract is considered an official Exhibitor. Exhibitors are restricted from handing out publications that have non-exhibitors in them or from displaying information at their booths from a non-paying vendor without prior permission.

  • If Exhibitor fails to pay the offset amount within the required period, Exhibitor shall be considered to be in default of its payment obligations under this Agreement and Show Management shall have the right to terminate or change Exhibitor’s Exhibit Space and exercise its other rights under this Agreement.

  • The execution of this Agreement, the timely payment of the Exhibit Space Fee, or Show Management’s deposit of Exhibitor’s Exhibit Space Fee payments does not guarantee that Exhibitor will be (i) permitted to exhibit at the Show: (ii) assigned to a particular exhibit hall, section or location within the Exhibition Facilities; or (iii) provided with the actual amount of Exhibit Space requested.

  • Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that (i) due to certain circumstances beyond Show Management’s control, including without limitations, state and venue construction and electrical minimum code requirements and local fire marshal rules and regulations, the Exhibit Space dimensions described herein are approximate and may not be exact and (ii) Exhibitor is not entitled to a refund.

  • Show Management shall not be held responsible or liable for any costs, expenses, damages or any other sums whatsoever incurred by Exhibitor or any other party as a result of any Exhibit Space rejection, cancellation, modification or change in Exhibit Space assignment.

  • Additionally, Show Management shall have the right, but not the obligation, to license the subject Exhibit Space to another party prior to the Show without any refund, rebate or allowance whatsoever to Exhibitor and without in any way releasing Exhibitor from any liability hereunder.

Exhibit Space means space located on the Show Premises designated for use by Exhibitor during

Exhibit Space means Exhibitor's assigned space either virtual or physical, including, but not limited to, a booth, sponsorship location, or other space, or Virtual Listing assigned to Exhibitor at the Esri Event.
Exhibit Space means that portion of the Event Venue that Exhibitor uses for its display/exhibit/booth/stand, for Event-related activities hosted by Exhibitor, and/or for other similar purposes. “Exhibit Space” shall also be interpreted to include a meeting room.
Exhibit Space means the exhibit, booth or display space applied for by an Exhibitor in the Contract or assigned to Exhibitor by Show Management, as the context requires. “Exhibit Space Fee” means all required fees for the reservation and use of the Exhibit Space by Exhibitor, and all other costs, fees, and expenses payable by Exhibitor to Show Management, including without limitation all deposits and other fees to be paid to Show Management as set forth in the Contract for participation in the Show. “Exhibit” collectively means any and all of Exhibitor’s materials, goods, products, equipment or belongings displayed, showcased or used within an Exhibitor’s Exhibit Space. “Official General Service Contractor” means Freeman Expositions, LLC, dba Freeman. “Official Vendors” means the vendors that have been authorized by Show Management to provide supplies and services for the Exposition, including Exhibit Spaces. “Exhibitor Appointed Contractor” or “EAC” means any contractor used by an Exhibitor at the Show other than the Official General Service Contractor or other Official Vendors.
