Common use of Shrubs and Plants Clause in Contracts

Shrubs and Plants. Up to 5% of the amount of Insurance for the mobile home unit, if you are the owner, may be applied for trees, plants and shrubs on your premises. We insure these items against loss caused by fire, lightning, explosion, impact by aircraft of land vehicle, riot, vandalism and malicious acts as described under Insured Perils. We will not pay more than $500 for any one tree, plant or shrub, including the cost of removing its debris. We do not insure lawn or items grown for commercial purposes.
