Common use of Shutdown of The Platform Clause in Contracts

Shutdown of The Platform. If the invoice has expired and at least twenty (30) days have passed since the most recent contract period expired, Xxxx Security is entitled to shut down The Platform until full payment has been made. The Partner is notified by email at least two (2) days before The Platform is shut down.
