Common use of SICK DAYS AND DISABILITY Clause in Contracts

SICK DAYS AND DISABILITY. 33.1: Full time regular employees shall be credited with one (1) sick day upon each monthly anniversary to be used for the purposes provided by these policies. Employees that are scheduled to work twelve (12) hours shifts shall be credited with twelve (12) hours each month. Employees scheduled to work eight (8) hour shifts shall be credited with eight (8) hours each month. Any sick day use other than provided by this Agreement shall be considered a misuse and an abuse.
