SICK DAYS AND DISABILITY. Insurance in order to be granted. The employee shall be required to provide medical verification by the attending physician when illness extends beyond seven (7) calendar days and at reasonable intervals as determined by the County. Such leave shall not extend beyond five (5) years. The County shall have the right to require an employee to submit to an examination by a physician of the County's choice provided such charges are paid by the County.
