Sick Leave Assistance Plan. 1. Each school district employee beyond their second successive full term of employment and eligible for sick leave benefits may elect to participate in the District sick leave assistance plan established by this policy. The purpose of the plan is to aide employees who have exhausted all of their accumulated sick leave through extended absence due to prolonged illness or catastrophic accident.
