– Sick Leave Incentive Programs Sample Clauses

A Sick Leave Incentive Program clause establishes a system that rewards employees for minimizing their use of sick leave. Typically, this clause outlines criteria such as a threshold of unused sick days within a set period, and describes the types of incentives offered, which may include bonuses, additional paid time off, or other benefits. The core function of this clause is to encourage regular attendance and reduce unnecessary absenteeism, thereby promoting workplace productivity and reducing costs associated with excessive sick leave usage.
