Temporary Full-Time Sample Clauses

Temporary Full-Time. A temporary appointment equivalent to eight (8) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. A temporary full-time employee will be paid on a monthly, hourly, or fixed partial monthly salary basis. Any applicable benefits will be calculated on a partial monthly or pay period, pay status basis, whichever is appropriate.

Temporary Full-Time. Temporary full-time employees work the regular hours of the classification into which they are hired and may be engaged for up to 12 months of accumulated service.
Temporary Full-Time. American Red Cross employees who are hired and normally scheduled to work 40 or more hours in a work week (or 80 hours in a two week period) to supplement the workforce on a temporary basis. Employment assignments are limited up to six months. Once a temporary American Red Cross employee exceeds 180 calendar days of employment, he/she will automatically become a member of the bargaining unit.

Notwithstanding the above, where the position is filled by an existing employee, the incumbent retains her/his previous “status” while filling the temporary position.

Temporary Full-Time. Employees who are hired for a specified limited time and who work a 40-hour week. PERS membership and health benefit (PEMHCA) regulations are applicable. Temporary full-time employees may participate in the 401(k) and/or 457 programs subject to meeting the eligibility criteria provided in the Administrative Code. All temporary employees are entitled to receive all Holidays as provided for by this Agreement. Temporary full-time employees are not eligible for any other benefits.
