Common use of Sign Installation Clause in Contracts

Sign Installation. The Applicant and Owner may be asked to install a “Development Application Pending” sign on their property if required for the Application. The Applicant and Owner shall pay the sign fee as designated in City Code and the additional security deposit for the sign installation. The Owner and Developer will install the sign on their property at a location approved by the City. Once the Application has been processed, the Applicant and Owner must promptly return the sign to the City. If the sign is not returned within ten (10) days after the application has been processed, the Owner hereby grants the City a license to enter upon the property to retrieve the sign. If the sign has been damaged or is missing, the Applicant and Owner hereby acknowledge that the deposit will be forfeited.
