Political Action Committee Fund. With voluntary authorization by an employee on a form supplied by the Union, the Employer agrees to deduct seven dollars ($7.00) per pay period from the employee’s wages to be submitted to the IBEW Local No. 1547, for its Political Action Fund. This money will be sent in monthly with the dues, and shall be made by the fifteenth (15th) of the month following which the deduction was made. In accordance with requirements of Alaska State Law, the Union agrees that Political Action Committee Funds shall not be used for utility board elections.

Political Action Committee Fund. With voluntary authorization by an employee on a form supplied by the Union, the Company agrees to deduct seven cents ($.07) per hour from the employee’s wages to be submitted to the IBEW Local Union 1547 for its Political Action Fund.
Political Action Committee Fund. Following thirty (30) calendar days of employment, an employee may voluntarily elect to participate in the IBEW Political Action Fund by signing an authorization form (supplied by the IBEW and acceptable to the Municipality) and submitting it to the Municipality. The Municipality agrees to deduct the amount indicated on the authorization form per pay period from the employee’s wages to be submitted to the IBEW Local Union No. 1547 Political Action Fund. This money will be paid monthly with the dues withheld from each employee’s payroll consistent with Section 2.9.3 of this Agreement. In accordance with the requirements of Alaska State Law, the IBEW agrees that Political Action Committee funds shall not be used for political activity against the Municipality. This authority shall be revocable once per year by the employee by notice in writing delivered by mail, or in person, to the Employee Relations Director and the Financial Secretary of the IBEW.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Investment Committee (a) The Manager shall have an investment committee (the “Investment Committee”) consisting of no fewer than three (3) members. The initial members of the Investment Committee shall be as follows:
