Common use of Sign-On Bonus Clause in Contracts

Sign-On Bonus. Executive shall be entitled to a one-time sign on bonus equal to $237,500 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sign On Bonus”), subject to standard deductions and withholdings. The Sign On Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or before March 31, 2018, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such date.

Sign-On Bonus. Executive shall be entitled to receive a one-time sign sign-on bonus equal to $237,500 (hereinafter referred to 150,000, less applicable tax withholdings, payable in cash as soon as practicable following the “Sign On Bonus”), subject to standard deductions and withholdings. The Sign On Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or before March 31, 2018, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such datedate hereof.

Sign-On Bonus. Executive shall be entitled to receive a one-time sign sign-on bonus equal to $237,500 (hereinafter referred to 250,000, less applicable tax withholdings, payable in cash as soon as practicable following the “Sign On Bonus”), subject to standard deductions and withholdings. The Sign On Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or before March 31, 2018, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such datedate hereof.

Sign-On Bonus. Upon execution of this Agreement, in consideration of his agreement to become an employee of the Company, Executive shall be entitled to receive a one-time sign sign-on bonus equal to in the amount of $237,500 40,000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Sign "Sign-On Bonus”"); provided, subject to standard deductions and withholdings. The Sign however, that (i) the Sign-On Bonus shall be paid to Executive in one lump sum on or before March 31about December 1, 20182004, and (ii) the payment of the Sign-On Bonus shall be subject to Executive’s 's continued services employment with the Company through such date.on December 1,

Sign-On Bonus. The Sign On Bonus shall be paid to Executive on or before March 31, 2018, subject to Executive’s continued services state payroll withholding requirements in accordance with the Company through such dateCompany’s standard payroll practices.

The Sign Sign-On Bonus shall be paid by the Company to the Executive on or before March 31, 2018within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such dateall applicable payroll deductions and withholdings.

Sign-On Bonus. The Sign with 50% of the Sign-On Bonus shall be paid to Executive payable on or before December 31, 2012 and the remaining 50% of the Sign-On Bonus payable on or after January 1, 2013 and on or before March 31, 2018, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such date2013.

Sign-On Bonus. The Executive shall be entitled to eligible for a one-time sign sign-on bonus equal to in the amount of $237,500 (hereinafter referred to as 100,000, provided that he remains an active employee of the “Sign On Bonus”), subject to standard deductions and withholdings. The Sign On Bonus shall be paid to Executive Company on or before March January 31, 2018. Any such sign-on bonus would be paid on February 1, subject to Executive’s continued services with the Company through such date2018.
