Common use of Signages Clause in Contracts

Signages. No Owner shall erect, install or otherwise affix, display or project any signs, signboards, advertisements, banners, posters or placards or other things or structures or visual images of whatever kind and description on the external walls or at any window or any part thereof or within his Unit but visible from outside the Building or extending outside the exterior of the Building save as otherwise provided in this Deed or except with the prior written approval of the Manager.
