Signature of the Employee. In the event that any document relating to an employee’s performance is placed in such individual’s personnel file, a copy of the document shall be shown to the employee who shall sign the instrument signifying that the employee has read such document. The signature in no way indicates agreement with the contents of the document. If the document relates to the individual’s performance, then the individual shall receive a copy.
