Common use of Signing Bonus Clause in Contracts

Signing Bonus. In consideration of the Executive's agreements hereunder, the Company shall pay the Executive a signing bonus of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), payable as follows: One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) on the date of execution of this Agreement, and One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) on each of July 30, 2004, August 31, 2004, September 30, 2004, and October 29, 2004.

In consideration of the Executive's agreements hereunder, the Company shall pay the Executive a signing bonus of Five Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000200,000), payable as follows: One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($100,00040,000) on the date of execution of this Agreement, and One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($100,00040,000) on each of May 31, 2005, June 31, 2005, July 31, 2005, and August 30, 2004, August 31, 2004, September 30, 2004, and October 29, 20042005.

In consideration of Upon the Executive's agreements hereunder, the Company shall pay the Executive a signing bonus of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), payable as follows: One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) on the date of execution of this Agreement, and One Hundred Executive shall earn a signing bonus of (a) Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($100,00075,000) payable by the Company in four quarterly payments of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($18,750) each on each of January 1, 2005, April 1, 2005, July 301, 2004, August 31, 2004, September 30, 2004, 2005 and October 291, 20042005 and (b) in addition upon the execution of this Agreement, Executive shall be issued One Hundred Fifty Million (150,000,000) shares of company's common stock, collectively (the "Signing Bonus").
