Common use of Signing of Documents Clause in Contracts

Signing of Documents. The General Partner is authorized, in the name and on behalf of the Company, to sign and deliver all contracts, agreements, leases, notes, mortgages and other documents and instruments (collectively, “Documents”) which are necessary, appropriate or convenient for the conduct of the Company’s day-to-day business and the furtherance of its purposes or which are necessary, appropriate or convenient to carry out Major Decisions Approved by the Class A Partners pursuant to Section 6.4.

Signing of Documents. The General Partner is authorized, in the name and on behalf of the Company, to sign and deliver all contracts, agreements, leases, notes, mortgages and other documents and instruments (collectively, “"Documents”") which are necessary, appropriate or convenient for the conduct of the Company’s 's day-to-day business and the furtherance of its purposes or which are necessary, appropriate or convenient to carry out Major Decisions Approved approved by the Class A Partners Limited Partner pursuant to Section 6.4.

The General Partner is authorized, in the name and on behalf of the CompanyPartnership, to sign and deliver all contracts, agreements, leases, notes, mortgages and other documents and instruments (each a “Document” and collectively, “Documents”) which are necessary, appropriate or convenient for the conduct of the CompanyPartnership’s day-to-day business and the furtherance of its purposes or which are necessary, appropriate or convenient to carry out Major Decisions Approved approved by the Class A Partners pursuant to Section 6.4.

The Subject to the limitations on the General Partners’ authority contained herein, the General Partner is authorized, in the name and on behalf of the CompanyPartnership, to sign and deliver all contracts, agreements, leases, notes, mortgages and other documents and instruments (collectively, “Documents”) which are necessary, appropriate or convenient for the conduct of the CompanyPartnership’s day-to-day business and the furtherance of its purposes or which are necessary, appropriate or convenient to carry out the Major Decisions Approved approved by the Class A Partners pursuant to Section 6.4.
