Common use of Signing Services Clause in Contracts

Signing Services. Upon receipt of a request for key generation, Entrust will generate and host a key pair, and make the keys available for Customer’s use in connection with a Certificate for which Customer or one of its Affiliates is the Subscriber and/or the Subject, all if and as set out in the CPS, the Documentation, and Customer’s entitlements under its Order for Signing Services.
