Signs and Billboards. Grantor shall not place any sign or billboard on the Property, except signs that state the name and address of the property owner or manager, interpretive signs referring to forestry and timberland management, signs related to silvicultural treatments as required by law, road numbering signs, survey monument signs, signs providing road and trail directions, real estate signs, timber sale and harvest boundary or leave-tree signs, warning signs, signs disclosing access rules and regulations, or signs to control unauthorized entry or use as may be permitted in this Easement. Authorized signs shall be no larger than thirty-six (36) square feet in area.

Signs and Billboards. No signs, billboards, or outdoor advertising displays may be erected, displayed, placed or maintained on the Property except signs not exceeding four (4) feet x four (4) feet for each of the (1) to state the name of the property and the name and address of the occupant; (2) subject to approval of the Grantee, to advertise any home or ancillary occupations consistent with the purposes of this easement; (3) to advertise the property’s sale or rental; (4) to advertise the agricultural and naturalistic uses of the Property; (5) to prevent trespassing; and (6) to recognize its protection by the Grantee under this Conservation Easement, the Rural Legacy Program and state and local environmental or game laws.
Signs and Billboards. Billboards are prohibited. Signs are only permitted as specified in Sections 6 and 7 of this Conservation Easement.
Signs and Billboards. No signs, billboards, posters or advertising devices of any character shall be erected on any lot or plot except one sign of not more than five square feet advertising the property for sale or rent or signs used by the builder to advertise the property during the construction and sales period. The right is reserved by WESTHEIMER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, its assigns and successors in interest to construct and maintain such signs, billboards or advertising devices as is customary in connection with the general development and sale of property in this type of subdivision.

To indicate that the Property is protected by a conservation easement held by the Holder; and B. To identify trails on the Property; and C. To state rules and regulations, safety, or hazardous conditions found on the Property in accordance with the Owner and the Holder’s established guidelines for properties they own; and E. To close trails temporarily on the Property in order to protect wildlife; and F. To post “No Hunting or Trapping” signs.
Signs and Billboards. Except for the following enumerated items, no signs, billboards or other advertising media shall be erected or maintained on any portion of the Development: 1. one political sign per Lot (which sign shall not exceed two square feet in size); 2. one professionally lettered sign advertising a Lot for sale or rent; provided that said sign shall not exceed five square feet in size or the size of a standard Realtor sign, whichever is smaller; provided, further, that for so long as it owns any Lot primarily for the purpose of sale, Developer shall be allowed to place and maintain such signs in such locations and in such quantities as it shall desire; 3. one sign per Lot advertising the Person constructing the improvements thereon (which sign shall not exceed two square feet in size); and 4. such other signs as may be otherwise expressly provided for in this Declaration, or approved by the Architectural Standards Committee.

  • PUBLICITY AND BRANDING 24.1 Subject to Clause 25 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement or its contents in any way without the Authority's prior Approval. 24.2 The Supplier shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that its Staff, servants, employees, agents, Sub-Contractors, suppliers, professional advisors and consultants comply with Clause 24.1. 24.3 The Authority shall be entitled to publicise this Framework Agreement in accordance with any legal obligation upon the Authority, including any examination of this Framework Agreement by the National Audit Office pursuant to the National Audit Act 1983 or otherwise. 24.4 The Supplier shall not do anything or cause anything to be done, which may damage the reputation of the Authority or bring the Authority into disrepute. 24.5 The Supplier shall at all times during the Term on written demand fully indemnify the Authority and keep the Authority fully indemnified against all losses, incurred by, awarded against or agreed to be paid by the Supplier arising out of any claim or infringement or alleged infringement (including the defence of such infringement or alleged infringement) resulting from the Supplier's use of the Government Procurement Service logo.

  • Signage All signs, notices and graphics of every kind or character, visible in or from public corridors, the Building Common Area or the exterior of the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Without limiting the foregoing and subject to Landlord’s prior approval of the plans and specifications thereof (including, without limitation, the design, location, and size), Tenant shall have the right (“Exterior Signage Rights”) to install tenant identification signage on the exterior of the Building (the “Sign”), at Tenant’s sole cost and expense and in accordance with all applicable Laws (including any requirements set forth by the applicable agencies in the City and County of San Francisco) (the “Signage Requirements”). Tenant shall erect the Sign in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by Landlord, in a good and workmanlike manner, and at all times thereafter, Tenant shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense, the Sign in a good, clean and safe condition and in accordance with the Signage Requirements, including all repairs and replacements thereto. Upon the occurrence of any event of default and/or upon the termination or earlier expiration of this Lease, Tenant shall promptly remove the Sign, in which event Tenant shall be responsible for and shall repair any damage to the Building resulting therefrom. Tenant’s Exterior Signage Rights hereunder are personal to Dolby California, and, except with respect to an assignment to a Tenant Affiliate or Dolby Entity in connection with an assignment of this Lease, may not be assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld or given upon conditions in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Tenant shall be responsible for obtaining all permits and approvals (governmental and private) necessary for the installation and maintenance of the Sign. If Tenant fails to remove the Sign as required under this Section 32, Landlord shall have the right, at Tenant’s expense, to remove the Sign. Tenant shall indemnify, defend and protect Landlord and the Landlord Parties and hold Landlord and the Landlord Parties harmless from and against any and all, proceedings, losses, costs, damages, causes of action, liabilities, injuries or expenses arising out of or related to Tenant’s exercise of the Exterior Signage Rights granted hereunder, including, without limitation, any claims of injury to or death of persons or damage to property occurring or resulting directly or indirectly from the installation or maintenance of the Sign on the Building.

  • Artwork Licensee must use the Java Logo(s) only in the exact form of approved camera-ready artwork or electronic artwork received from Oracle or Oracle's designee.

  • Markings If permitted by applicable Law, on or reasonably promptly after the Closing Date, Owner will cause to be affixed to, and maintained in, the cockpit of the Airframe and on each Engine, in each case, in a clearly visible location, a placard of a reasonable size and shape bearing the legend: “Subject to a security interest in favor of Wilmington Trust, National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Mortgagee.” Such placards may be removed temporarily, if necessary, in the course of maintenance of the Airframe or Engines. If any such placard is damaged or becomes illegible, Owner shall promptly replace it with a placard complying with the requirements of this Section.

  • Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Sites 11.1 To enable Digital Origin to fulfill its obligations under any Contract: 11.1.1 the Client shall permit or procure permission for Digital Origin and any other person(s) authorised by Digital Origin to have reasonable access to the Client’s Sites, Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and any other relevant telephone system and other equipment and shall provide such reasonable assistance as Digital Origin requests. 11.1.2 Digital Origin will normally carry out work by appointment and during Normal Working Hours but may request the Client to (and the Client shall) provide access at other times. In the event that the Client cancels, reschedules or misses any pre-arranged appointment, it shall be liable to Digital Origin for any costs and expenses which Digital Origin incurs as a result of such cancellation, rescheduling and/or missed appointment. 11.2 At the Client’s request, Digital Origin may agree (at its sole discretion) to work outside Normal Working Hours and the Client shall pay Digital Origin’s reasonable charges for complying with such a request. 11.3 The Client warrants, represents and undertakes that it has adequate health and safety provisions in place at its Sites. 11.4 The Client shall procure all consents, licences and permissions necessary from landlords or other third parties for the carrying out of preparation work, installation of Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and for the provision, use and operation of the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment and/or Services at the Sites (save to the extent Digital Origin has agreed in writing to do it). 11.5 In the event that the Client is not able to procure the necessary consent to provide the Services within ninety days of the Connection Date Digital Origin will be able to terminate the Contract forthwith by giving the Client written notice without any liability. If the Client has not managed to procure the necessary consents and Digital Origin has commenced work the Client shall, on request by Digital Origin, refund to Digital Origin the cost of all such work (including, without limitation, staff costs and equipment costs) of an amount no less than £500 as Early Termination Charges. 11.6 The Client shall provide Digital Origin with the site and building plans (to include full details of all internal cabling runs) of the Sites and provide Digital Origin with full details of all other services in the vicinity of the proposed works. 11.7 The Client is responsible for making the Site good after any work undertaken by Digital Origin at a Site, including without limitation replacing and re-siting items and for re-decorating. 11.8 If the Client is moving a Site, Digital Origin must be informed as soon as is reasonably practicable so that suitable arrangements can be made to transfer the Client’s Services and Equipment and/or Leased Equipment. Unless otherwise requested, Digital Origin, in addition to moving the Service and Equipment and/or Leased Equipment, will also endeavour (but cannot guarantee that it will be able, for example where the Client moves to a different exchange) to retain the Client’s relevant existing telephone number(s). If Digital Origin can transfer the Client’s existing number(s) to the new Site the existing Contract will continue under the same terms and conditions. If Digital Origin cannot transfer the Client’s existing number(s) to the new Site, installation of a new line will be required at the new Site, or if the Client requires any additional new lines, this will attract new line connection charges and a new Contract. 11.9 If the new installation or moving Site involves the visit of an engineer to facilitate the new installation the Client will be responsible for the costs incurred by Digital Origin for the appointment together with an administration fee in respect of any additional works required to be undertaken by Digital Origin to complete the transfer of the Services and Equipment and/or Leased Equipment. 11.10 If the Client moves Sites and leaves the Equipment and/or Leased Equipment for the new owner/tenant the Client is required to inform them that the Service will be discontinued if Digital Origin is not contacted by the new owner/tenant within 72 hours for the purpose of entering into a new contract with Digital Origin for such services and subject in any event to the agreement of such a contract. 11.11 If at the new Site the Client receives services from an alternative supplier the Client is responsible for any contractual agreement the Client has with them and any liabilities the Client may incur for terminating such agreement.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.

  • LOGOS, AND FLAGS The Supplier cannot use the seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Federal agency officials without specific pre-approval.

  • Cameras NSP items may only be acquired through the Contractor(s) or their Authorized Dealer(s) and must be reported quarterly with all other sales under the resulting Master Agreement(s). NSP items must be priced at a minimum discount of 15% from MSRP or List Price. NSP items shall not be offered to a Purchasing Entity as a stand-alone option, and the maximum allowable amount of all NSP items in a single Order shall be determined by the Participating State or Entity.
