Signs; Reletting. If Tenant exercises its option not to extend or further extend the Term under Section 2.3 or if an Event of Default occurs, then Landlord shall have the right during the remainder of the Term then in effect (i) to advertise the availability of the Leased Property for sale or reletting and to erect upon the Leased Property signs indicating such availability and (ii) to show the Leased Property to prospective purchasers or tenants or their agents at such reasonable times as Landlord may elect.
