Landscaped Areas. The various planting areas throughout the course shall be cultivated, weeded, and pruned on a regular basis, with at least two replanting programs for annuals scheduled each year, depending on the length of the season.
Landscaped Areas. The Contractor shall maintain and keep in good order and state or repair all curbs, areaways, and landscaped areas of the Premises; make all repairs, renewals and replacements to the same as and when necessary; and keep the same free of unlawful obstructions and safety hazards. The Contractor shall maintain landscaped areas with a professional nursery or landscaping service, or by the Contractor’s own staff, providing mulching and replacing shrubs and trees as necessary to maintain the attractiveness of the Premises. The Contractor shall keep all papers and debris picked up from the Premises and sweep the pavements and provide for the removal of all grease and oil residue from pavement surfaces thereon as often as necessary to keep them clean, and to keep all grass mowed, and shrubbery and other plantings pruned, trimmed, and maintained to high standards.
Landscaped Areas. 1. Debris, leaves and rubbish in landscaped areas shall be removed during weekly service.
2. All landscape areas shall be patrolled weekly to check for vandalism, broken tree branches, rodents, snails, insects, pests, disease, etc.
Landscaped Areas. 7.1 The Landlord covenants with the Tenant to maintain, retain, and replace the landscaped areas shown hatched black on the plan annexed hereto until such time as the Landlord serves written notice on the Tenant terminating such obligation whereupon such obligation shall revert to the Tenant.
7.2 The Tenant covenants with the Landlord throughout the Term or until released pursuant to the 1995 Act to pay to the Landlord within seven days of demand sums equal to the amount which the Landlord spends on carrying out its obligations pursuant to Clause 7.1.

The area of the Building Site not occupied by structures, vehicular driveways or pedestrian walks, shall be kept planted with grass, trees, plants or shrubbery and maintained in a healthy condition and neat appearance. Upon default in such planting or in its maintenance, the Developer, its successors and assigns, agree that the necessary planting and work may be done by the Agency or the City at the expense of the Developer, its successors and assigns, from time to time and in keeping with this covenant.
Landscaped Areas. No portion of a parking space shall be located more than fifty (50) feet from a landscaped area or parking lot island and all rows of parking spaces shall be terminated by a parking lot island or landscaped area.
