Landscaped Areas. The Contractor shall maintain and keep in good order and state or repair all curbs, areaways, and landscaped areas of the Premises; make all repairs, renewals and replacements to the same as and when necessary; and keep the same free of unlawful obstructions and safety hazards. The Contractor shall maintain landscaped areas with a professional nursery or landscaping service, or by the Contractor’s own staff, providing mulching and replacing shrubs and trees as necessary to maintain the attractiveness of the Premises. The Contractor shall keep all papers and debris picked up from the Premises and sweep the pavements and provide for the removal of all grease and oil residue from pavement surfaces thereon as often as necessary to keep them clean, and to keep all grass mowed, and shrubbery and other plantings pruned, trimmed, and maintained to high standards.
Landscaped Areas. The various planting areas throughout the course shall be cultivated, weeded, and pruned on a regular basis, with at least two replanting programs for annuals scheduled each year, depending on the length of the season.
Landscaped Areas. The Districts shall maintain all landscaped areas in and around the reservoir, irrigation water storage and distribution areas, storm water and drainage facilities and improvements unless otherwise agreed upon by the Town. Delineation of responsibilities to maintain said facilities and improvements shall be identified with each plat.
Landscaped Areas. YIDA shall cause the area, if any, of the Premises not occupied by structures, vehicular driveways or pedestrian walks, to be kept planted with grass, trees and plants or shrubbery in accordance with the Site Plan and maintained in a healthy condition and neat appearance. Upon thirty days’ prior written notice to cure, if there is a default in such planting or in its maintenance, YIDA agrees, and the Company acknowledges, that the necessary planting and work may be done by CDA or the City at the expense of the Company, from time to time and in keeping with this covenant. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the nature of the landscape work is such that it cannot be completed within a thirty (30) day period, YIDA and the Company shall have a reasonable period of time, based upon commercially reasonable standards, in which to complete same.
Landscaped Areas. Lessee shall maintain, repair, and care for the landscaped areas adjacent to the Premises from the boundary of the Premises to the adjacent street pavement or curb, unless another party affirmatively assumes responsibility for maintenance of said landscaped areas with Xxxxxx’s approval, including the following:
Landscaped Areas. A. Provide attractive, decorative landscape area adjacent to office entrance and employee parking area. Provide landscape screening around perimeter of property in accordance with local requirements. Provide screening of exterior storage areas, if required by local codes. Seed all disturbed areas.
Landscaped Areas. The area of the Building Site not occupied by structures, vehicular driveways or pedestrian walks, shall be kept planted with grass, trees, plants or shrubbery and maintained in a healthy condition and neat appearance. Upon default in such planting or in its maintenance, the Developer, its successors and assigns, agree that the necessary planting and work may be done by the Agency or the City at the expense of the Developer, its successors and assigns, from time to time and in keeping with this covenant.
Landscaped Areas. Landscaping and maintaining any landscaped areas within the Car Park.
Landscaped Areas. 1. Debris, leaves and rubbish in landscaped areas shall be removed during weekly service.
Landscaped Areas. 7.1 The Landlord covenants with the Tenant to maintain, retain, and replace the landscaped areas shown hatched black on the plan annexed hereto until such time as the Landlord serves written notice on the Tenant terminating such obligation whereupon such obligation shall revert to the Tenant.
