Vertebrate Pest Control. Shall be routinely performed throughout the property on an on-going basis, in such a manner that vertebrate pest populations are steadily reduced and eventually eliminated.

Vertebrate Pest Control a. All vertebrate pests, including but not limited to gophers, ground squirrels, moles, voles, and mice, shall be controlled on a regular basis wherever and whenever found on the site(s).

  • Pest Control Upon award, the Contractor shall manage all insect, weed and pest problems (as defined by Chapter 482, F.S.). In addition, any damage caused by pests during the implementation of the pest control program shall be immediately corrected by replacement with healthy turf or plants at the Contractor's expense. Pest Control program shall include, at a minimum, the following:

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.

  • Access Control Supplier will maintain an appropriate access control policy that is designed to restrict access to Accenture Data and Supplier assets to authorized Personnel. Supplier will require that all accounts have complex passwords that contain letters, numbers, and special characters, be changed at least every 90 days, and have a minimum length of 8 characters.
