SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL SERVICES. The DOE, its Facility Operator, and the Sponsor shall have the right to perform similar or identical services described in the Exhibit A, Scope of Work for other sponsors as long as the Parties' and Facility Operator's Proprietary Information is not utilized.
