SIMILAR OR IDENTICAL SERVICES. In the event this Agreement, or any of the Services, are terminated in whole or in part as provided herein, District may procure, upon such terms and in such manner as District may determine appropriate, services similar or identical to those terminated to complete any unfinished Services or new services as needed by District, and upon such terms and in such manner as District may determine appropriate.
