SINGLE CONCESSION PAYMENT. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall assume the obligation to pay a single concession payment in size conforming to the offer of the participant selected as CONCESSIONAIRE, but not less than 550 000 000 (five hundred and fifty million) BGN and the due VAT on this sum payable via bank transfer in term of 2 (two) months as from the date of signing of the present Agreement.
