SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. If you purchase a SINGLE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER license you may install and use a single copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may move the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from one computer to another, and the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be installed on more than one computer at any one time as long as it is only for the sole use of you.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. This License allows developing one Derived Work by One Developer on One computer. This license cannot float from one developer to another, in a project that uses the ActiveX control, each individual developer on the project requires a separate Single Developer License as long as they need to access AutoDWG ActiveX API.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE enables one developer to use the Product and includes a one-year subscription for updates and support (see Section 5). This license is for indie developers or one-man companies.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. Grants the use of The Software for 1 developer and unlimited end user organizations. The Software is licensed for use within an agreed number of software projects. Valid for development, staging and production servers. Not valid for OEM redistribution or SaaS services. This license is perpetual with no yearly fees.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. If your license is an SDL, then only the single individual named in the Purchase Order (or otherwise provided in writing to SciTools) may use the SOFTWARE. Such individual may use the SOFTWARE on one or more computers but may not allow any other individual or entity to use the SOFTWARE. This SDL may be transferred, upon written notice to SciTools (but without having to obtain SciTools' consent), to another individual (A) within the same company as the original licensee, and
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. If you are using the Materials under the control of a Single-Developer license, you as an individual may use the Materials on an unlimited number of computers provided that you are the only individual using the Materials and only one copy of the Materials is in use at any one time. A Site license is required in any other case.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE enables one developer to use the Product and includes a
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. A Single Developer License allows One (1) developer to create an unlimited number of derived works using the product which can be used at only One physical location within your organization. A license must be purchased for each developer in the development team, or for each physical location the derived works will be used, whichever is the greater.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. Subject to the payment of the fee required for a Single Developer License and subject to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, We grant to You a revocable, transferable and non-exclusive license
(i) for a single developer within Your organization to install and use the Software on any number of workstations used exclusively by such developer and
(ii) for You to install and use the Software, solely in connection with distribution of the Software in accordance with sections 3 and 4 below. This license is not sub-licensable except as explicitly set forth herein.
SINGLE DEVELOPER LICENSE. Single person who is registered by name as a developer (specify name and email address during checkout) • The specified developer can use the SDK on several computers • Any application developed with the SDK can be delivered to an unlimited number of customers (no royalties) • Software may be used within Licensee’s organization at the location specified (specify company name and address during checkout) • Software may be used by multiple developers at the location specified. • Any application developed with the SDK can be delivered to an unlimited number of customers (no royalties) The Upgrade Protection option available gives you the right to use all versions released during the period you choose (1/2/3 years). The following updates/upgrades are included: • Hotfixes included (changes in the third digit), e.g. 1.0.8 • Minor Updates Included (changes in the second digit), e.g. 1.1.0 • Major Upgrades included (changes in the first digit), e.g. 2.0.0 You do not need the Upgrade Protection in order to get access to new Hotfixes with bug fixes to existing versions, if/when they are made available.
