Common use of Site Agreement Clause in Contracts

Site Agreement. At or before the start of a new project, the Union and the Employer shall meet to determine if travel, meal, or board and lodging allowances, beyond what is provided by this Agreement, are necessary. If additional or improved allowances are warranted for a specific project, these shall be mutually agreed to and included in a written site agreement for that project. Such site agreement shall apply to that site, and only for the duration of that project.
