Common use of Site Backup Clause in Contracts

Site Backup. At Provider’s expense, Provider shall maintain a complete and current copy of the Website on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.

Site Backup. At Provider’s expense, Provider XXXxXXXX.xxx shall make best commercially reasonable efforts to maintain at its expense a complete and current copy of the Website Websites on a server located at a remote location. In the event that service is interrupted to the WebsiteWebsites, and to the extent it is reasonably possible the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website Websites continues without interruption. XXXxXXXX.xxx shall make best commercially reasonable efforts to compile a complete backup at least daily.

In the event that service is interrupted to the Website, the remote server shall be immediately activated so that public access to the Website continues without interruption.
