Site-Based Paperwork. (1) Any site-based paperwork (hard copy or electronically sent ) including items such as forms, reports, lists, etc., generated for completion by teachers, is to be developed through the shared governance process so that input may be provided. (2) Any existing site-generated paperwork is to be reviewed annually through the shared governance process to determine whether or not it is to be maintained.
