Site General Conditions. At all times during construction activities at the Site, the CM shall provide or cause to be provided the items of personal property and services identified in Exhibit B (General Conditions Items) attached to this Agreement. The items and services identified in Exhibit B are included in the General Conditions Costs portion of Contract Price set forth in this Agreement.
