Storage Sheds. For homes on blocked foundations or for homes on permanent foundations with no garage, Xxxxxx agrees to install a storage shed, no smaller than an 8’x10’ and no larger than a 10’x12’, before occupancy of the home. The storage shed must be constructed of quality material, approved by the Lessor, colored to match or complement the home, and placed in a location approved by Lessor. Lessee must maintain the condition of the exterior of the shed with respect to appearance or physical damage.

Storage Sheds. New sheds must be commercial manufactured plastic or Rubbermaid style only. Prior approval by Campground is required before building or delivery. Size is to be no larger than 8’ X 10’ and only one story. The base must be pressure-treated wood or the base of the plastic shed if it sits directly on the ground. The design must be a barn-type or xxxxxxx roof. No flat roofs will be permitted. The base design must be able to be picked up by backhoe forks. Building location must have prior approval from Management and the building is to be set on flat, solid patio stones or pressure-treated wood. Electric wire to the shed must be underground (URL) wire, put in conduit, and easily removed. Outside cabinets such as the Rubbermaid products are acceptable and must be approved by Campground before set-up. In the case of any lot fixing by Campground, Campground will not be responsible for any damages done to Camper’s wire assembly. This includes extension cords, water hoses, telephone lines, etc. Storage sheds are not to be used as housing. Do not leave valuables in storage sheds during the winter season. ∙ Golf carts are not to be parked in storage sheds, current ones are grandfathered. ∙ No shed is to be owned by two different seasonal Campers. ∙ Keep the area around Camper’s shed neat, tidy and free from excessive “stash it beside/behind the shed” syndrome. ∙ No shed can be relocated or sold within the Campground without prior approval of the Management. Some buildings, if too old, in bad shape, and do not meet current specs will not be allowed to remain. ∙ If trees need to be trimmed above the Camper's shed, it is the Camper’s responsibility to move or protect the building before the trees fall or are trimmed.

Storage Sheds. Given our commitment to park standards, which directly impacts the use and appearance of individual sites, storage sheds must be pre-approved by park management before being brought into the park. We will require detailed specs on the shed including size. Metal sheds are not permitted.

(ii) The location of the shed must not block the view of the home from any part of the road, and if possible, the shed should be such that it cannot be seen from the road. (iii) The shed must be on the same site as the home. (iv) Sheds cannot exceed 125 square feet. (v) The average height of the shed roof above the ground must be 1 foot or less than the average height above ground of the roof of the home. (vi) Only one shed per site is permitted. (vii) The shed must not cover sewage, water, telephone, or other utility lines that may need future access for maintenance and repair. (viii) Water lines are not permitted to a shed. (ix) Electric lines are permitted if underground and per code.
Storage Sheds. The Contractor and each Subcontractor shall provide suitable watertight storage sheds for their own use as needed. The Contractor and each subcontractor shall be responsible and pay for any electric services to their storage shed. However, such electrical Work will be performed by an electrical Subcontractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for materials stored in the open; they shall be arranged in an orderly manner and properly protected against the elements and damage.
