Street Lamps. The Developer shall have the option at its expense to install a street lighting system within the Subdivision subject to the reasonable approval of the City. If the Developer elects not to install the street lighting system, the City shall do so and Developer shall pay any of the City’s costs as charged by the utility thereof within thirty (30) days of billing.

Street Lamps. Add a total of five (5) street lamps prior to building lots and prior to paving the streets: Two (2) in the loop near Thornblade Drive and three (3) on the other loop going toward Bermuda. The new lights must tie into the ones CCCA currently leases from Duke Energy with 10-year contracts. CCCA will pay the monthly service fee after that. CCCA will sign the 10-year lease contract after installation is complete at developer/builder’s expense. All developer/builder will pay for is to install the leased type (Duke Energy maintains the light installations and CCCA leases them; under those term the lights are significantly less expensive to install. Lights must be the same matching style as in current Phase I and Phase II: Same pole, globe and bulbs.
Street Lamps. The DEVELOPER shall install a street lighting system within the PROPERTY subject to the reasonable approval of the CITY.

Xxxxxx lamps shall be placed at intervals and in locations as set forth on a street lamp plan approved by the Director of Public Works and the local electric utility company. The type and specifications of the street lamps must be approved by the Director of Public Works prior to installation. The Village will not accept street lamps subject to a lease. The Village shall only be responsible for paying the ongoing electricity costs xx xxxxxx xxxxx. Xxxxxx lamps must be owned by the local electric utility company, and the Village will not own any street lamps even after acceptance.
Street Lamps. The PROPERTY OWNER agrees to pay for the cost of the installation of street lamps and restoration required by the installation of underground wiring. Street lamps shall be placed at intervals and in locations as set forth by the Village Engineer. The Village shall approve the type and specifications of the street lamps.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
