Common use of SITE INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

SITE INFORMATION. City shall be responsible for providing Artist, at no cost to Artist, copies of existing designs, drawings, reports, and other relevant existing data needed by Artist in order to perform Artist’s Services.

SITE INFORMATION. City shall be responsible for providing Artist, at no cost to Artist, copies of existing designs, drawings, reports, and other existing relevant existing data data, if any, which is needed by Artist in order to perform Artist’s Services.

SITE INFORMATION. City shall be responsible for providing Artist, at no cost to Artist, copies of existing designs, drawings, reports, and other relevant existing data needed by Artist in order to perform Artist’s Services. City will also facilitate installation of Artist’s Artwork in coordination with the City’s DPW’s River Oaks Regional Stormwater Capture Facility base project construction of perimeter fence at the Site.
