Common use of Site Inspections Clause in Contracts

Site Inspections. During the performance of the Services, Incumbent shall allow Pathnet to reasonably perform Site inspections at any hour, on any day subject to the access limitations set forth in Section 5.6 and provided such inspections do not unreasonably interfere with the access rights granted by Incumbent to others prior to the Effective Date.

Site Inspections. During the performance of the Services, Incumbent shall allow Pathnet to reasonably perform Site site inspections during normal business hours, or in the case of an emergency, at any hourtime, on any day subject to the access limitations set forth in Section 5.6 and provided such inspections do not unreasonably interfere with the access rights granted by Incumbent to others prior to the Effective Dateherein.
