Common use of SITE MANAGEMENT AND CLEAN UP Clause in Contracts

SITE MANAGEMENT AND CLEAN UP. The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits and this Contract, and shall not unreasonably encumber the Site with any materials or equipment. The Contractor shall keep the site free from accumulation of waste material or rubbish caused by his operations under the Contract. At completion of the work, the Contractor shall remove from and about the Project such waste and rubbish, and the Contractor's tools, construction machinery, equipment, surplus materials and other property.
