Site Observation. The Architect shall visit the site at intervals as the Architect reasonably deems to be appropriate, or as stated in Section 18, to observe if construction is generally in accordance with the construction documents.
Site Observation. A Site Climate Survey will be conducted each March and the results will be funneled through the assistant superintendent for review. Site Observation. If site observation visits are to be provided by SUMMIT, SUMMIT shall visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of the construction, or as otherwise expressly agreed to in the Scope of Services, in order to observe the progress and quality of the work completed by the contractor.
