Common use of Site Rules and Code of Business Ethics Clause in Contracts

Site Rules and Code of Business Ethics. At all times during the performance of the Work, Contractor shall ensure that Personnel in Contractor Group comply with Schedule I (Code of Integrity, Business Ethics and Conduct, and Human Rights Statement). Contractor shall comply with, and shall require Contractor Group performing Work to comply with Schedule C (Site Rules).
