Common use of Site Storm Drainage Clause in Contracts

Site Storm Drainage. Where applicable, the Subdivider agrees to comply with plans and off-site drainage approved by the City Engineer and shall perform the clearing and cleaning of ditches and land reasonably necessary at its expense. The City will provide the Subdivider with access to land owned and controlled by the City for this purpose and the Subdivider shall be responsible for obtaining licenses or easements on all private lands necessary to satisfy the drainage plans approved by the City Engineer. Any off-site storm drainage must comply with ACO §1050.111 and any other applicable sections of the Avon Codified Ordinances.
